I'm looking to create a cell that shows the positive or negative difference between two cell values. I'm using the following formula to calculate the difference.
What I'm having trouble with is getting conditional formatting to change both the color of the cell and the icon in the cell. When one cell's value is greater than the other, I want the cell to show green and an up arrow icon. When the first cell's value is less than the second cell, I want it to be red with a down arrow icon. Please see attached image. How can I do this?
Code:
=IF(B2>C2,+B2-C2,C2-B2)
