Hello,

Excuse my poor formatting, I am new to this site!

I have an excel sheet where we enter values in the 'Probability' & 'Impact' columns, there is then a lookup that creates a number in the Rating column, this works perfectly.

I have conditional formatted the Rating column so depending on the rating figure you get a different colour circle, this all was working great.

For some reason now when I open the file all the circles are red (see 3rd column below), but when I 'F2' (go into) a Rating cell & press enter without changing the formula it updates to the correct colour (see 6th column below), plus all the cells below in the column also update to the correct colour.

All is fine, but when you close & then reopen the spreadsheet the same issue occurs!

In the Formula's I have checked the 'calculation' is set to 'automatic' (it is).

Any ideas how I fix this please?
