Hello

I have a series of "standard" values in row 1. In rows 2-10 I have some test results which may be higher or lower than the standards. I would like to use conditional formatting to generate a colour scale based on how much the values in rows 2-10 diverge from the standard values.

Is this possible? I just can't seem to find any guidance on how to do this.

Thank you

I have never done anything like that, but perhaps this old thread will help:
