Conditional Formatting Disappearing

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with conditional formatting rules. I often have to update the information, so I clear contents and then paste new data. Generally this works fine, but lately the conditional formatting rules all disappear. Does someone have any idea of what is going wrong?
