Conditional Formatting Every Other Column to Identify Largest Values

Hi All,

I wanted to know if anyone could help me create a conditional formatting rule using a formula to locate the 5 largest values in a data set, but for every other column. I tried combing the =mod(column(),2) formula and =Large(A:F,5), but didn't have any luck. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me make a formula.
