# Conditional Formatting for 3 Month Rolling Period

The range for the data is (C31:O31). I have set a rule for each 3 month period =SUM(\$C\$31:\$E\$31)=0/ =SUM(\$C\$31:\$E\$31)>0 etc. where a vlue of 0 turns cell H1 green and anything greater than 0 turns H1 red, however once I was done with all the rules nothing before the last 3 month period changes the color to red. So if February has a value of 1 is should be red for 3 periods (Feb-April)only. Am I going about this the wrong way? Is there a simpler way to perform this function?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
