Hello! Requesting help for Conditional Formatting. Example in table below shows desired results. CAPITAL ONE is paid off in bottom table. When excel sees the a value higher than zero in the PAYOFF AMOUNT column I want the CREDITOR and PAYOFF AMOUNT cells to display with a red font.

Current Looks like this
CreditorPresent BalancePresent PaymentPayoff AmountFuture Payment
Capital One10001510000
Capital One100015015
Want this to happen with conditional formatting
CreditorPresent BalancePresent PaymentPayoff AmountFuture Payment
Capital One10001510000
Capital One100015015

<tbody>
</tbody>

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Enter this formula in Conditional Formatting;
=IF(($B2=$D2),TRUE,FALSE)
Change Range to suit
Then in the "Applies to", the following;
=$A$2:$B$2,$D$2
Change Range to suit
Once done, select the first row of cells where this format applies to and drag it down as far as required.

Enter this formula in Conditional Formatting;
=IF(($B2=$D2),TRUE,FALSE)
Just to note: In Conditional Formatting you don't need the IF(...,TRUE,FALSE) as the logical test where I have ... is either TRUE OR FALSE. So this should do just as well

Code:
=$B2=$D2
