Conditional Formatting for loan equipment sheet

Hi All,

I am just putting together a spreadsheet to list all of the loan laptops I have available for my users. In the sheet I have the "due back date" and "overdue" column.

i would like it that if the specified due back date has passed then the corresponding cell in the overdue column turn red, if there is still time left on it to be green.

if it helps I have todays date at the top of the sheet using "=NOW()" command.

Any help would be great.
