Please help!!

Conditional formatting of the column as follows:

N/A = red font

Numbers = highlighted with colour of choice

Blank = white

I have done the N/A's in red front and I've done the blanks in white, but how do I highlight all of the numbers, without the N/A's also highlighting?

The column is either left blank, has N/A, or has a number in it.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

Like this perhaps:

AB
1
21
3
4666
5#N/A
6
7#N/A
822
Sheet2
Cells with Conditional Formatting
CellConditionCell FormatStop If True
B2:B8Expression=ISNUMBER(B2)textNO

But if there are only three choices, and you've conditionally formatted two of them, you could also just apply this as a format.
