It looks like this combines rows N through S
I want to highlight current month

JAN 1-Jan-1331-Jan-13
FEB 1-Feb-1328-Feb-13
MAR 1-Mar-1331-Mar-13

Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Try something like

=MONTH(A1)=MONTH(TODAY())

as your conditional formatting rule.


Edit A1 as necessary if not in your data range.
