Hello,

I am hoping that someone may be able to assist.

I am trying to modify a template to use as a resource planner. I am able to create a chart as below with the individual tasks allocated to resources, but I cannot seem to get my conditional formatting formula to work to plot all of the tasks for an individual resource eg Resource A onto a single row eg Row 8.
Is there a way of doing this?

I have been playing around with something like =IF(D$10:D$14="D8",AND(task_end>=K$5,task_start<L$5)), but havent been getting anywhere close to a solution I am afraid.

I have been able to find a way (separately) of identifying any overlapping work periods, (using IF statements to create a list and then SUMPRODUCT conditional formatting, but if there was a way of incorporating that into the conditional formatting too then that would be perfect!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
