This is probably not to difficult but I cant get it to work.

If A1 contains the word test and cell A2 is greater than 25 then highlight entire row

try

=AND(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("test",$A1)),$B1>25)

applied to the whole sheet

Unfortunately I cant get that to work, unless I am doing something wrong to apply to the whole sheet
