Dear Experts,

Using Conditional Formatting but it is just highlighting those cells where Row2 have "Sat","Sun".
I have merged the column for In and Out status but it is just considering Cell I2, Cell W2 to highlight the entire column.

All i want is that if whichever cell has "Sat","Sun" in row2 then entire columns should be highlighted for in and out status.

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Best advice is, get rid of the merged cells, they are an abomination & will only cause major problems.

Then how i would add in and out status.

Best option would be to put the day of the week into each cell, like
