I watched the video about Conditional Formatting and attempted to put in the formula in a chart like this:

Dates Patient In Patient Out Hours 9pm 10m 11pm 12am 1am 2am 3am
8/1/10 11:30 ___3:30 _____4:00_______________30 __60 ___60 __60 __30
8/1/10 12:20 ___2:40 _____2:20____________________40 ___60 __40
8/1/10 10:00 ___1:45 _____3:45_________60 ___60 __60 ___45
8/1/10 9:25 ____2:00 _____4:35____35 __60 ___60 __60 ___60
8/1/10 9:00 ____1:30 _____4:30____60 __60 ___60 __60 ___30

The problem I have is when I put the formula in nothing appears. I'd rather not have to put all those minutes in manually like before. Do I have to have the titles the exact names as the ones in the video (Start date, End date)? I was also thinking if it has something to do with the times going into the next day
