Hi,

I have a cell that I need to be conditionally formatted if another group of cells all contain the same value.

The cell I need formatting is A1

If A2, A3, D2 and D3 all contain the world "Manual" then I need A1 to turn red. If any of the cells don't then it needs to be green.

What formula would be best for this?

Thanks,

James

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
formula to use for CF

=AND(A2="Manual",A3="Manual",D2="Manual",D3="Manual")
