I don't know why but I am struggling with this that seems so simple.
The table looks like the above, what I'm wanting to do is only highlight the one that is different from the "Home" in each row.
For example you see in E the Location is NY where the home is SF. I want to call that out.
what I am currently using is =AND($B2<>$E2,$E2<>"") (and so on for each rule for each"Location" column), but that seems to highlight the whole row, I only want to call out the one bad actor.
Edit, Duh, typing it out I see I did not set my applys to only one column.
