Appreciate if I can get some guidance.

I had set the criteria for the RYG icons (per pic below) but the result in the worksheet is incorrect. Just take the first row as example - at 67%, it should show GREEN button but it became Yellow.
I am looking at using this table to track stock movement.

Criteria:
If last six month qty is more than 1 and that YTD2021 vs Y2020 is more than 40%, "GREEN".
If last six month qty is more than 1 and that YTD 2021 vs Y2020 is <40% but more than 10%, "YELLOW"
If last six month qty is more than 1 and YTD 2021 vs Y2020 is <10%, "RED"

Under Input, I want to include conditional formatting to reflect the following:

If activity status is RED and INPUT is >=1, Cells becomes RED

Rule2.JPG

Kindly tell me why my conditional formatting had gone wrong. Thank you.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Change it Type Percent to Number & values of 0.4 and 0.1
