Hello,

I am trying to use the Conditional Formatting with the icon sets, and it works on the other columns I have in my spreadsheet, but not in two of the columns. I am wondering if it has something to do with the formula?

The formula I have in the cells where the conditional formatting works is:

The formula I have where it does not work is:

If you could let me know why this is happening, that would be great.

Thank you !!!

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
What are the conditional formatting rules you are using that don't work?

I suspect it is because your cell formula is returning text, not a number. You should format the cell as "0%" and not do it in the formula. Then your formula becomes:
Excel Formula:
=IF(ISERROR(J20),"",-J20/D20)

Also, it is much better to paste formulas directly into your post instead of posting pictures of them.
