I'm using conditional formatting to add an icon to a cell based on its value. There is already conditional formatting with an icon set for values 1 through 5. That works fine. The issue is, I need to add an additional value (6) and it's icon. The new value was added to data validation. I've edited the conditional formatting rule by adding the new value and the icon. Even though the conditional formatting shows the new value and its icon, when I enter the value of 6 in the spreadsheet cell it shows the icon for value 5, not the new icon. Please help>

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Icon sets are built in and cannot be customized. There is no icon set for 6 values, only 3, 4, and 5. If you need more than 5, you need a custom VBA solution.
