Conditional Formatting if two cells have text

Hi,

I want cells to go red if the text in C4 is Yes and there is text in D4 (the later will be different text each time. Please coud someone give me a formula for conditional formatting? I'm a bit stuck.

Which cells should go red? Assuming a range in row 4 then select that range and use this formula in conditional formatting

=AND($C4="Yes",$D4<>"")
