Conditional formatting in pivot table

To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

Select B5:M20
Home> Conditional Formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine which cells to format
and insert this formula
=B5>=LARGE($B$5:$M$20,10)
pick the format you want

Because you were using
Format only top or bottom values
first 10% of selected range
you're getting only 6 values highlighted
