Conditional formatting in Pivots

Hi All,

Can you tell me if it is possible to put conditional formatting on Pivot tables?

In the 'Data' area of the table I have values ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 and would like everything that is 1.25 or above to be highlighted in red.

Due to the pivot table often expanding and shrinking due to changes in the raw data I want to apply this conditional formatting to the table rather to a specific area of cells.

Kind regards,

Which version of Excel? In 2007 and later, yes; 2003 and earlier, no - you have to do the whole column.

2003 - Is there no work around? If I need to do it per column that is also fine, as long as I don't need to do it to specific cells. Just concerned about the table or columns expanding or shrinking and the formatting not going with it.

If you format the whole column you should be fine as the pivot expands (assuming you don't end up with more columns)
