Hello everybody,

I currently have this overview of my stock:

1602749917628.png

I have some conditional formattings that highlights the Quantity ("Antal") with a red color if no data is entered for it's quantity and highlights it with a green color if you enter a number.

This is all good for me, but I want to extend it so it highlights not only the cell with the quantity data, but also the other 4 cells to the left of it (so location, enhed, beskrivelse & varenummer). I don't want the entire row to be highlighted all the way to column XYZ, but i would love for it to highlight the row for each respective line from column A to E.

I hope this makes sense, please let me know if you want me to elaborate

Can anybody help me in editing my conditional formatting?

Thanks! :)

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Just click the drop down arrow for the "Applies to" column in your Conditional Formatting window and select the columns you want to apply the formatting to or change the values to the formula posted below...

Excel Formula:
=A:E

Not sure what row you start and stop on...
