All,

My sheet used to work just fine until it didn't!! I'm not sure how to apply this conditional formatting across my entire sheet. I was able to scrap together a couple of bits of the formatting but not sure how to apply. What it needs to do is if there is a blank cell from yesterday, that cell needs to turn yellow. It needs to start from Column H and apply to all my columns. As you can see from the pic attached each column has a date so Thu 11/17 the 4 cells without an entry should be yellow. The date column could go on forever and the rows will most likely never go over 160 starting from row 3. I scraped together what I could for an example that worked from another sheet. I need to apply this for the whole sheet for each column. Not sure if I need to give more info. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

=AND(ISBLANK(JR55),JR$2<TODAY())

=AND(ISBLANK(JA35),JA$2<TODAY())

=AND(ISBLANK(IT35),IT$2<TODAY())
