I set up conditional formatting using a named range that expands downward when I add rows. This is NOT in an Excel “Table”. This works fine EXCEPT that Excel seems to convert the range to a specific range (like $C$2:$C$1350) upon execution and ‘forgets’ the “Named” Range part - so it doesn’t expand as I would like it to. How can I get Excel to do what I’d like it to do?

Is there a way to apply conditional formatting to a column of data (not the heading) in a table?
