conditional formatting not working

Hi All,

I would like to ask if anyone have the same problems like me, I already set the formula at conditional formatting to read based on the project start & project end, but as you see the image below, the 1st line is read by the 2nd line data which 2 Jan-9 Jan, suppose the 1st line should highlight 11/2 - 14/2. I need your helps since I already stuck. The formula that I use is =AND(J$13>=$C13;WORKDAY($C13;$I13;1)-1>=J$13)

My range is =$J$14:$XFD$23

In that case it suspect that the formula should be

=AND(J$13>=$C14;WORKDAY($C14;$I14;1)-1>=J$13)

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't work also, but I try another method which copy the pivot table data into new table then when I click on slicer to select the data then the data appear is OK but then it will also appear the 0 data which will effect my date, I try one to insert this formula as attached but still doesn't work, can I remove that one?
