Conditional Formatting of Data Table Embedded in Excel Chart

I have been asked by my boss to conditionally format the data table at the bottom of my Excel charts, so if the number the target the cell will show "Red". I have been looking at day online, in my two favorite Excel sites, and cannot find anyway to "natively" do this directly from the chart.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I have included a image of what I want to do for clarification.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Not sure that's possible with a chart. This has a linked picture pasted on top of it.

Thanks for sharing. I had actually went that route, but was still hoping that maybe it could be done inside the chart.
