Conditional formatting of time in time out

how can i conditional formatting the time in/time out having a graveyard shift (9:45pm to 5:45am)
and how can i compute the total hours an employee work in graveyard shift only (9:45pm to 5:45am), exceeding hours will not be taken out.

heres the sample data
