Conditional Formatting on a ROW

How would you do a conditional formatting on a ROW instead of a COLUMN? For Example, I have a column that says PAID or UNPAID. It's column D. If that column Says UNPAID, I want to show that whole row as RED. If that column says PAID, I want to show that whole row as GREEN. The Row is A-E. Is this possible?
