conditional formatting on Excel 2010

A nice simple one for a Friday afternoon well here in UK.

Formula required for conditional formatting on Excel 2010
Where Cell A1 = Cell B1 then ( Fill Green if not fill red ) I take I might need two rules.

this will be copied down column B ie A2 =B2 etc..

Select all the rows then apply those CF formulas.

Hey VoG,

is it possible to put your code into a for loop that will compare the entire Column A data from Sheet1 vs. the Entire Column B data from Sheet2, and highlight sheet 1 to show the differences?

it does seem like it would work, i am using Excel 2003, but it keeps giving me a really weird Error that there is a Next without a ForLoop but ther is a for loop as shown right before the LastRow (LR) Column Range declaration.
