conditional formatting on selected cells only

Hello guys,

This is again about conditional formatting. The values in cells A: I in row9 are a must to be in row5. If the Headings from A:I, are not in row5 from A to Z then I would like to color only those values in row9, like in the image with the help of conditional formatting.

=$A$9:$I$9
