Conditional formatting overriden when data pasted from internet

Have Conditional Formatting in 3 columns and it works when data is entered manually.

Rule is
Cell value is >1

Just discovered I can copy from internet by holding down Ctrl on 3 values I need and pasting into spreadsheet.
Values arrive as intended however, CF does not work.

If I select the row above and below the row and select CF , the CF works.

Is there a simple way to add a rule for items pasted or another method to do so.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
