conditional formatting prob ?

Hi you lot ok i have this formula =RIGHT(TRIM($B5))="w" set within condition formatting so when i put a w in the cell it turns all the cells red but if i put say pw in it also turns the cells red ? any ideas of doing this so it only sets off the condition when a single w is inserted but wont set it off if say a pw or kw is inserted ?
