Hi all
I seem to be having a conditional formatting (formula) issue.
What I need is to highlight the area where there is a duplicate in names but highlight the whole data set
I went with the below formula but this seems to not apply the formatting (assuming I am using the wrong formula?)
I didn't go with the option to highlight duplicate data within the conditional formatting issue as this then highlights "Funding" where the duplicate driver needs to be the name so the rows containing Fred would be highlighted.
Any help on this would as always be mostly appreciated.
Thanks

Name | Department | Region |
Rob | Research | NA |
Fred | Funding | SA |
Simon | Funding | Europe |
Fred | Sciences | Europe |
