Conditional Formatting Query

I have a column H where is have some date cells which have the "=TODAY()" formula in them.

I have put this formula in to conditional formatting (using the formula is condition) asking it to highlight those cells which have the formula in them but the cells are not being highlighted, what am I doing wrong?

You did not say which version of Excel is being used, so it is difficult to guess what you may be doing wrong.
