Conditional Formatting Question

What symbols do you use to create a formula is formula for between. I need to shade some cells based on the following:

I have a beginning and ending week number in columns D and E. I want the cell to shade when the week number is between the two nyumbers.

If k1 equal to or greater than d2 but equal to or less than e2 then shade the cell.

Use the AND function, such as =AND(A1>=$D$2,A1<=$E$2)
