Conditional formatting question

Here is a sample of a spreadsheet I have:

I would like column E (ID) to be conditionally formatted to turn yellow (as shown) if/when cell in column A = C1

So for the above example since A4 = C1 cell E4 gets highlighted Yellow.

Is this possible?
If so, how?
