Conditional Formatting Question

Hello,

So what I have is a spreadsheet where column 'S' is formatted as h:mm:ss (Hour, minutes, seconds) to obviously specify duration of time but what I'd like to do is add the following conditions to every cell in that column:

if duration in cell is < 0:10:00 then cell is Very Light shade of Red
if duration in cell is between 0:10:00 & 1:00:00 then cell is Medium shade of Red
if duration in cell is > 1:00:00 the cell is Dark shade of Red

I know this can be done through the Conditional Formatting option (Excel 2010) but haven't been able to figure it out. Can anyone assist?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
