Conditional Formatting Question

I am working with 3 columns and need the following things to happen:

1) If a cell in column F contains a date, the cell in column G should add 5 business days to this date (due date). Column G should be empty if there is no entry in column F.
2) If the date in column G has passed, the cell should turn red. If the date has passed but there is a date in column H, the cell should not turn red.

I managed to figure out some of the formatting thanks to this forming but I can't make it all work at the same time.
