I need the formula used for this conditional formatting

B4:AB4 Must all = Anything (Any letter or number)
then turn B4:AB4 green.

ex.
Each Individual Cell (B4:AB4) = anything
then all the cells will turn green

Can anyone help?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
