Hello! I've been trying to figure out a way where I can write a conditional formatting equation that references the conditional formatting in another column. In the regional response rate column, I've ranked each customers' response rate compared to their regional average, and applied the conditional formatting rules : red <84%, yellow 85% - 104%, green 105% and greater. I want to apply conditional formatting rules to Column A (response rate) by referencing the color in Column B. For example, 67.21% would change to green because that particular customer ranks 143% in their regional response rate. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
