Conditional formatting: Two formats on one row, one with precence over the other

I have a long list of expenses, with accounts in the A column and amounts from different business entities in the columns to the right. The last column contains a formula that ranks the aggregate expense amounts.

The rows are conditionally formatted so that rows with the 10 highest aggregate expense totals are highlighted in yellow.

What I'd like to do is format the range so that alternating rows are shaded in gray, while the top 10 rows would be yellow regardless of whether they are on even- or odd-numbered rows.

I know how to do either separately, but I don't know how to combine them.

Can someone help?

Thanks in advance.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Don't overthink it. Put in both formulas, and make sure the formula for yellow is listed first. Also, on the yellow, click the checkbox "Stop If True" is checked on the yellow formula.
