Conditional Formatting using And and Or

Hello all,

I have a checklist I am creating and I need to have cells format based on two (kind of 3) criteria.

It will go by state and then county.

So if F6="z" state AND F8 equals either "x" OR "y" counties

Can someone help with this formula please?

format as required
Use Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells
