hi everyone,

i'm very new to this, hope u guys would be able to help.

i need to use conditional format for this i'm sure but do not know how & where to start.

i'm have this cell that has 3 different conditions. I know how to use different colors for different scenarios but my problem now is my criteria / condition involves date. to be precise, the SYSTEM DATE.

ok, say for example today's date is 9 Dec right? it is 20 days away from my deadline (29th) so it should be blue in color. so on and so fore.

how do i then write the method / conditional statement? pls advice. i hope i've explain it well.

Welcome to the Board.

Example:

Cell Value Is Equal to:

=TODAY()+20

Of course you can also use conditions other than equal to from the drop down.

i have another prob now.

instead of using the SYSTEM DATE for comparision, I have to use date from a particular cell. is that possible? if yes, how?

besides that, i like to know why auto filter does not update automatically. or is it because there's an error on my side?

please advice. thanks a million!!!
