Conditional formatting when cell value changes

I need to set up conditional formatting on a spreadsheet where the cell colour changes to green if any of the data is changed. I've already set up a rule so blank cells are pink but need this additional rule as some cells will eventually be populated.

Green when it is not blank. Also also if the cell already has data but it gets updated.
