Conditional formatting when cell value changes

I need to set up conditional formatting on a spreadsheet where the cell colour changes to green if any of the data is changed. I've already set up a rule so blank cells are pink but need this additional rule as some cells will eventually be populated.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Do you mean that you want the cell to be green if it is not blank?
