hi ,

I m trying to use conditional formatting to highlight the cells based on the data shown in right side
here need to hightlight the cell if emply and code is same then "yellow color", if not then look into which compnay belongs if same company then "peach color"
if not same company then "red color"
and same to the other company also
if same emply and code then "blue color" if not same but within that company then "light blue color" and if different company then "dark green color"

if emply, code and compnay(pepsi) then blue
and if emply, code and compnay (coco cola) then yellow
emply and code is different of same compnay then peach color
emply and code is different of different company then red color.

for coco cola (yellow, peach and red) for pepse ( blue, light blue and green)
Emply "A" code is 4210 but if it is different code then it should highlight peach subject to Same company coco cola if suppose it is pepsi comonay then it should highlight "GREEN" color

this is what I required answer This is data
