I'm trying to find a way to auto-format individual cells with different color shading when each of 6 different codes are typed in (X = green; N = grey; A = yellow; etc). I also want the code to appear as text in the cell in regular type. The conditional formatting works great with only 3 rules. But, what about 6?

Thanks in advance.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
There is an add-in called CFPlus that may help.
