Hello all,

I have a spreadsheet where i need to color code the Date Uploaded cells with either green, yellow, or red. Green are documents uploaded 1-14 days post-approval (column A), yellow is 15-21 days post-approval, red is 22+ days post approval. I'm struggling trying to get the today date to format correctly with the date uploaded. for example the first two rows show "red" however these should be "green

This is a coworker's spreadsheet and the formula for C2 for conditional format is =AND(IF(ISBLANK(A2)=FALSE,B2<>"YES"),A2<TODAY()-30
