Hi Everyone,

I pretested this on my sheet to show for true DC and false STORE but when I try to use it for conditional formatting it doesn't work.
=IF(AND(C2<>3,B2>800),"DC", "STORE")
I have it selected for the entire B:C columns.
Just want it to highlight if anything in the C column and B column equal the criteria.
Please help.

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
i think custom rules for conditional formatting just look for TRUE or FALSE, and will highlight accordingly
you formula will result in DC or STORE so it cannot highlight anything
it should work if you put =AND(C2<>3,B2>800) as your rule hopefully, or possibly =IF(AND(C2<>3,B2>800),TRUE, FALSE)

For some reason that isn't working so my work around is to if a cell contains and did equal to.
So one additional conditional formatting but works the same.
Thank you.
