Hi All,

I am wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction\best way to do the following:

Using below screen snip:
For everyone in the same team check to make sure no one has the same Meeting Date and Time or Meeting Date2 and Time2.
If different teams then the conditional formatting won't apply.

I am thinking Conditional Formatting would be the best option but cannot figure out the formula to use, happy to use VBA if more suitable.

As always,
Thanks in Advance!

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
you can use a countifs()
this is just testing the 1st set of dates
BUT the times need to be exact
I suspect if a meeting is at 9:00 and another in the team at 9:15 - then this should also flag
which then means whats the overlap?
